Guests rave about the outstanding food, excellent customer service, and special gestures at Harbour Hotel & Spa St Ives. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the spa is relaxing. While there was (Read More) a minor issue with a fire alarm, it was quickly resolved. Rooms are clean and homely, with fantastic sea views. Guests appreciate the complimentary gin and attentive, helpful staff. Overall, a fabulous stay with no faults.

Disappointing

Talks the talk but doesnt walk the walk. Needs some leadership and standards.

Room was very tasteful and comfortable

Spa was closed without any notification and was the train for booking. Afternoon Tea was clumsy and poorly served- sat for half an hour before even getting a menu. The whole setup doesnt match what the Harbour website portrays. Service is chaotic and inconsistent and food was generally poor.

The lead waitress at breakfast was very rude and abrupt to a number of customers and this was not typical of the excelle

Well situated for the town centre with good facilities.

The wedding function room was under the dining room and the noise from the band was very disruptive to the ambience of the dining room

Its amazing place very clean and beautiful.The staff is excellent.

Just that the kids were allowed to use the pool at certain times.

Leaking gutter above window splashing water when raining all night, kept us awake sadly. Just not what you expect when paying alot of money sorry!

Lovely hotel, great view, super breakfast

Lovely hotel with an amazing vista to the beach and bay. Staff were acceptable and breakfast was excellent. My tv reception didnt work but all the other facilities in the room were first rate.

A lovely nostalgic memorable visit with my partner.I would return.

Location perfect.seaview room overlooking bay and harbour. Car parking facilities close to hotel Complimentary g.and t on first night. Adequately heated. Very comfortable bed.
