Superb

wonderful family run business, the owners were kind, generous and caring. The breakfast was delicious and felt luxurious!

Our stay was comfortable and very quiet.

The proprietors were very nice, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was no different to other hotels. Excellent location.

The room was not suitable. Too small. Not nice including office equipment in the room. The advertisements on the hotel especially the room was misleading. Very disappointed when we arrived.

A great stay at Headland House luxury B and B

We received a great welcome from Mark on arrival and he provided excellent advice on an overview of St Ives. The room was excellent as was breakfast served in the conservatory.

A lovely stay with wonderfully gracious hosts.

The rooms were lovely, the location was perfect, Mark and Fenella are wonderful hosts, and the breakfast was delightful.

Wonderful place to stay and I will definitely return to stay there when we're next in the area.

The hosts/ owners were amazingly helpful, lovely and very welcoming. There was lots of unexpected lovely things to enjoy like complimentary sherry, good choice of cappuccino and hot chocolates in rooms, lovely fresh milk in rooms, excellent daily breakfast. Good choice of daily cakes too!

Room a bit small but we had beautiful bathroom and private garden. I guess Uphill from the beach and train station might be a bit challenging for those with mobility issues but wasn't a problem for us.

The house is very luxurious feeling and the location is lovely. Quiet area but close walk to Carbis Bay train station and easy access to the South West Coast Path
