Last night before surgery

Location was good. Easy to get to off the interstate. Really clean too.

Booked there specifically for the big whirlpool tub and shower. Our whirlpool tub was nice and big. Got nice and hot ...but the jets didn't work...at all. It was apparent that they had not worked in a pretty good while either. Requested another room that did work, only to find out there are only 4 of those rooms and the rest were already booked. I was looking forward to having my last good bath for several weeks since I was having surgery the next morning. Pretty disappointing. Then they couldn't even discount the rate because I booked through Booking. Com. I was offered points ....not what I needed or wanted. I'm pretty sure I wasn't the first person to book that particular room that wasn't working. Shouldn't have been available if it didn't work. I could've saved about $60 by staying somewhere else without a whirlpool tub.

Comfortable beds, great shower. Good location.

They told us to pick whatever floor we wanted. If didn't matter to us. They put us on the 4th floor and the televisions did not work. When I called down, the guy at desk told me they had issues with the TV not working on that floor. My question is,, why put us in that room when you knew the televisions don't work. We like to fall asleep with the TV on. Not a way to treat diamond members. Or anyone got that matter. It wasn't like you were full. You told us we could have any floor 2 through 5. Disappointing!

I have never been displeased with staying at the Hampton Inn. They have great customer service and a great breakfast bar

I like the friendliness of the staff. I was impressed to get a text an hour after I checked in to make sure that everything was OK. The breakfast bar was awesome.

There was nothing I disliked about this property. I would definitely stay there again.
