Very nice, clean hotel and wonderful staff
The location of the hotel was great as was near plenty of restaurants and stores. The continental breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.
The pillows were somewhat small and a bit uncomfortable.

My parents stayed there, they are elderly people. The hotel receptionist arranged accommodation very conveniently and very well. She also went to the room to help adjust the air conditioning temperature and fan. Sincere thanks for the high quality service.

Clean room, fair breakfast. Fresh coffee maintained at most any hour of the day.
Staff was very detached from the guests. Had one person smile, and interact, in the three days I was there (activities were such that i was in and out alot). Night auditor said not one word either morning I came down to drink coffee before breakfast was even available. She however did find the time to complain/gripe at length to the hard working guy that came in to prepare breakfast. I can understand a bad night, but both days?

I will never stay there again
The breakfast wasn't great
I paid for a king room with a spa tub and found out that they don't have any spa tub rooms. Staff would not do a discount. Offered to cancel my room.
