Review 1: The hotel is undergoing renovations, but the room was clean and stocked with toiletries. The bathroom sink is outside the bathroom, which is convenient for multiple guests. The lighting in (Read More)the sink area was poor. Breakfast was good and included biscuits and gravy one morning. The staff was helpful and friendly. Outside lighting for non-main entrance doors was poor. Overall, it was a good visit. Review 2: This Hampton Inn had outstanding staff and a great breakfast. The pool was clean and cool. The hotel is conveniently located near beaches, shopping, and golf courses. Would definitely stay there again. Review 3: The hotel is older but clean. The room and bathroom were clean, but the shower was difficult to turn on and the pressure fluctuated. The walls are thin, so noise can be heard. The bed was comfortable. Review 4: The room was super clean, which was important for my wife's allergies. The toilet was rocking, but we didn't hold it against the hotel. We felt safe walking around the property in the morning.

My stay was wonderful. If ever in Hilton Head again, I will definitely stay again!

It was perfectly located close to everything that I needed. Restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The parking lot was very dark.

IF I were to return to HHI, which I won't be doing, I would stay there again

Convenience of location; parking

I did not like it that there were no room services--no bed make-up, no fresh towels or linens unless I asked for them and then I would have had to make up my own bed. Not truly acceptable

Exceptional

We were glad to find a clean place for a very last minute stay. Very friendly woman checked us in and made us feel welcome when we were exhausted and just ready to rest.

Beds were a bit too firm for our liking, but not terrible. Water pressure was not the best but it did the job, definitely happy for hot water.

Staff professionals, helpful, concerned about my needs when I accidentally left my purse in the room after checkout.

- I received no notification/call of my item found in room after checkout I was still in area 3hrs after checkout - desk clerk informed me that it could be mailed but would have to contact manager, manager was not available next day and purse could not be mailed until possibly 2 days later I reside in GA 2-3hrs away.

We had a blast!

Staff was great! Hotel was squeaky clean. Breakfast was yummy!

Our A/C broke last night and we had to take a journey at 1am to a new room, but it was so hot and ACs break so we took it in stride. Everyone was so nice.
