Superb

Nice room, very good staff, good location.

Plumbing needs to be updated and a few updating to the room but decided that, it was a very enjoyable stay.

The staff and location are perfect reasons for coming back.

We slept in mostly, but knowing that breakfast was available was comforting. And the 24 hr coffee station rocked!

A refrigerator in the room would have been nice.

Disappointing

Its was an ok place to stay

The proximity to downtown. The location was walkable to the French Quarter and other sites of interest.

Housekeeping is every other day, the toilet in our room didnt want to fill and the heating/cooling didnt work.

Warm and comfortable, but needs a makeover sooner than later.

As always, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was very courteous and helpful.

While two of our rooms had refrigerators and microwave, several did not. The bottom of the bathtub was peeling, not sure what that was all about.

I felt like we got Days Inn quality for a Hilton price.

Our room was very clean and staff was very nice.

The hotel is showing really run down- stained bath tub, mold on the ceiling, cockroaches. It was obvious a lot has been cut out such as daily maid service, drinking water in the room and toiletries. No one wants to use lotion or shampoo form a bottle strangers have used.

for 190 a night, this could have been much better and the 25 a day for parking was a surprise

The location and closeness to walk to other places of interest. The breakfast was nice.

I made my reservation well in advance and was put in a handicapped room. Bathroom was a bit crowded in the shower area with seats and hand rails. I told the front desk about the toilet area where the floor is sinking.

Great location with comfortable & quiet room.

Location, Hampton inns are generally nice, room comfortable & quiet, staff were friendly.

Exterior under construction, entrance doors closed to garden and John street, AC was turned off in our room, bath needed updates, no fridge, no microwave, comp. breakfast very little fruit available.
