Review 1: The hotel is great, with amazing value for the room. The staff and manager provided excellent service and were very friendly. Overall, it is a jewel in the middle of the Texas panhandle. R (Read More)eview 2: The hotel's exterior maintenance needs improvement, such as trash in the flower beds and overflowing trash cans. However, the front desk staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The property still has bath tubs, which is a plus. Review 3: The hotel offers keyless/check-in and check-out, which is convenient. The lobby, pool, rooms, and hallways were clean and well-maintained. There was some carpet damage on the second floor that might need repairs. The Sunday room was spacious and the Friday room was typical. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the location is great.

Quick checkin, comfy room, laundry, good shower! We slept well!

The woman on staff was very helpful. I have mobility issues and she made many good suggestions. Also there was a guest laundry which I very much appreciated!!

The staff was truly amazing!! The beds suck along with the breakfast!!

The staff was amazing!!

The beds are like sleeping on concrete and the breakfast is horrible!! Definitely not $308.00 dollars for 2 nights. We were going to leave and get another room but couldnt find anything in better available.

The guy who is the general manager was unpleasant.

It was nice and in a good area.

You can not pay in cash when you get there. Housekeeping saw us leaving with no pillows and still reported that we took the pillows when they were in the room.

Disappointing

Overall it was like a inconvenience of a one night stand

Liked the location

I did not like that I chose a king room with sofa bed and then front desk lady gave my keys and when I checked in my room it was two double queen beds room and I would of thought she would of told me that they had to switch up our rooms due to computer errors of that king with sofa being available online and not at the hotel so I wasted time going up and down the elevator to go talk to front desk and also our room did not even have microwave it was such a inconvenience and our bathroom sink was plugged up. And also front desk lady was never at the front desk I would have to wait for her because she was outside happened at least 3 times.she kept complaining to me she was working on her wedding day.

$125 for a hotel which was worth, maybe $45.

very out of date property. 2023 and no USB ports. poor A/C, crumbs in bed, stained sheets, unfinished work on walls, art work missing, carpet ripples in every hallway (unsafe). Grounds dirty. Trash around property. For a Hilton we were not impressed.
