Very good

Great facility, Great stay, but assy reservation system!

Breakfast and the room were wonderful!

I hated that it took me over an hour to check in the facility. I had prepaid for the stay and I had a reservation on my phone with some strange number and they had my money under a different name and number. It was hell! I would not leave the front desk until this was straightened out. The manager finally came out and found the issue on the computer. This was the fault of Booking.com.

Nice and clean place to stay while passing through.

Everything seemed clean. Loved the Zero products. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We expected the location to be a bit more touristy. When we opened our window blind we had a great view of the house next doors back yard. The adjoining room did not block out our neighbors talking at all. WiFi signal was terrible, they really want you to pay for the WiFi upgrade (I did not know that was a thing). Hot water took at least five minutes to get to the shower.

The bathrooms are really not handicap accessible. They have accessories that are helpful but these are not handicap friendly to get in and out the bathroom without assistance

Overall an ok stay, but Id probably look for another hotel next time

The pool was nice but a bit cold. The room was nice and had good space.

The breakfast was disappointing. The food was cold. Waffles were bland. Coffee was bad. :( . Not enough tables on the weekend.

Hotel is ok but can use some room updates

Breakfast was good and the location was convenient!

The beds were very uncomfortable and had hard mattresses. The window treatments could have had blackout shades to prevent the sun from waking us up too early.

Other than the noise and no comfortable chairs in the room the stay was alright

Breakfast was good. The staff kept the food well stocked. All the staff was helpful.

The only chair to sit on was the desk chair, which was uncomfortable to sit on while watching TV. there was a large space at the bottom of the door and noise from the hallway was loud. The people in the next room sounded like they were moving furniture all the time.
