Wont be staying there again.

Good location lobby n breakfast area nice n clean

Did not like the sliding door on bathroom ,toilet felt like you were sitting on the floor to to low, the sink faucet was all loose n wobbly had to get our own towel exchange n toilet paper room was not done while we were there after I asked for it to be done beds not comfortable at all will not stay there again.

Well worth the price, highly recommend

Very easy check in. Staff and receptionist was really polite and kind, rooms were very comfortable, the whole hotel was clean and well organized. My kids had a chance to swim in their pool. Pool was heated and towels were provided by the pool area. Breakfast was way more than what I expected, chefs kiss. Location is near everything and very convenient. Close to plenty of entertainment, restaurants and stores. Hotel by location and by staff made my family feel safe. Overall 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Biggest issue was the bed, very hard and uncomfortable. Made the stay hard, literally.

Most staff was very friendly. Easy access. Most of the free breakfast was good. I loved how they had actual real size of shampoo and conditioner and body wash along with lotion.

The bed was horrible, very hard and uncomfortable. Toilet paper was so thin and hard it was like using paper. Some of the furniture was old and out dated. No options on sugar free items during breakfast. Milk was expired.

Nothing. Rude staff.

I booked my stay one month in advance on booking.com. When I showed up for check in the girl working the front desk said she did not have me in her system. I showed her my confirmation and she did not care. She offered no solution other than for me to call booking.com. Or I could book another room and pay all over again. I drove from Fort Worth TX 5 hours away with my husband and two kids. Spent all day at Seaworld. We were exhausted and had to drive back home 5 hours away because she would not give me a room which I had already paid for, and I had proof I had paid for it one month ago.
