Didn't get sleep first night second night room was better slept good

It was ok

The heat didn't work in the first 2 rooms that they put us in. We ended up having to switch rooms 3 times.

The staff was nice. We got in earlier than expected and they accommodated with that. The breakfast was really good. The location was great as well

The beds aren't as comfortable. We stayed 2 nights and my back hurt every morning

Location

Room has a body odor/musty smell which was very strong. It was not clean. The elevator was questionable.

Great overnight stay for local event! Staff was friendly and room was clean!

Great location for events at the coliseumseveral fast food choices close by this location. Coffee station set up in lobby 24hr.

AC could have blown a little cooler and maybe a note letting patrons understand the controls on the wall didnt control the unit, the controls were on the actual unit itself. More electrical outlets would have been nice bc usb station on bedside table didnt work well.

Simply horrible stay.

The breakfast was great, the lady that was working that morning was friendly. She kept everything fresh and clean. Wish there were more than o e waffle maker. Had to stand in line for more than ten minutes for a waffle.

The lady that was at the desk on Sunday was rude and unconcerned about my stay. She didn't want me to see the on-site manager nor did she want to give me my receipt. Voiced a couple of concerns, she appeared to be very upset because i was telling her my experience. The sheets weren't clean, had hair and a blood stain on them. I had to get clean sheets myself and make up the bed myself before I could lay down after driving in from another state. Room wasn't ready until after five pm. No refrigerator in room. Air conditioner was leaking all over the floor. I called back the next day to speak k with the manager. The person that answered the phone wouldn't let me. Saying she's on another call, and her voice mail was full.
