Nice size room but left a lot to be desired.

Breakfast was pretty good, beach was beautiful and close and the room was good in size.

Our bathroom was not clean, our toilet was disgusting, our shampoo was empty, we didn't have enough towels or any blankets for our pull out bed. We contacted the front desk and said we could Come get some stuff. When we got to the desk they said they didn't have any. We said we would be fine with pool towels or anything. No knobs on drawers, mold in tub.

Although the advertisement that sold me on your hotel stated the closeness to the beach, there was no nearby access. Also, I requested a beach view and reminded you representative of the request when I checked in. That request was not honored

The suite! My husband and I like the separation of rooms because he gets up very early and having the living room space meant he had a place to chill while I was still asleep. Also, the partial ocean view was nice.

The long hallway to the elevator. And the pillows. They were so soft, and even two of them didn't give me support. We asked for extra pillows three times and was told, "I don't think we have any," but no one ever checked or got back to us.

Pleasant stay

Great breakfast. Nice beds. Kind & attentive staff. Loved the text messages to see how our check in went etc. Absolutely loved the waves from the beach and seeing that from the hotel room - breathe taking!!!

Pool wasn't heated it had just went out the day or day after we arrived. I purchased a suite and was given a regular room.
