Great location but somewhat outdated interiors.

Nice location, very large suites. However, online pictures do not represent all different rooms and suites. Notably, all bigger suites have a soaking bath in the bedroom!! Not pictured and not my favorite feature. All furniture is outdated and bathrooms need remodeling.

Overall we love Embarc and we will most definitely be returning there for future stays in Sandestin! The trouble we had

We love vacationing at Embarc! The rooms are perfect for families and offer everything you need. We also love the pools at the resort.

This stay was our first bad experience. Weve been staying at Embarc for nearly 10 years and this was the first year our room wasnt clean. It was extremely dusty and they hadnt refilled the soaps/shampoos in the showers. The room looked like no one had stayed in it in months. There was also a VERY large roach that we killed in our room and at that point we requested a new room. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and got us moved right away and also discounted/refunded some of our resort fees for the trouble.

we had a great relaxing weekend enjoying the various amenities at this hidden getaway

great location, very peaceful, and easy walking distance to a variety of shopping and eating establishments. nice shaded walking or running path for a morning jog or evening stroll.
