Very good

The property met expectations, though there were many areas where it couldve been slightly better.

The shower head was worn out and low pressure.

Exceptional

Check-in and out was quick and easy.

The location was close to where I needed to be. I did not get to try the breakfast because I needed fasting labs, but it smelled grest.

Bad

The water never got hot in the shower. Taking a COLD shower completely wet and the shampoo container was broken! Had to get out and call the front desk. This is the second time weve stayed at your hotels and experience cold showers, never again!

Superb

Pleasant stay with good value

Excellent service with good breakfast and nice staff. Location is convenient to go in and out from highway.

Our suite have only a king bed while sofa bed is the only choice for the 3rd person.

Passable

I won't go again.

I was double=booked from your phone reservation. Bed was nt made up for 2 days. Trash not emptied kitchen help rude. Asked twice to have overflow garbage removed from 2 receptacles. Continued funning in kitchen. Again: "We'll DO it." Finaly had to mop spillage. Had unpleasant attitude.

Disappointing

Very disappointing. Hotel fumbled power problem; still charged full price with no compensation.

Because of a power failure the night before, breakfast was very limited. There was not really anything there that we could eat.

We arrived at 10 pm. At the desk the clerk said, "Didn't you get a text from the hotel?" We had not. There had been a power failure some hours before that was not resolved yet. There was no AC in most of the hotel. We were told that the cancellation fee could be waived if we wanted to find another hotel. Our 3rd floor room, after we walked up the stairs, was 77F. The fan did work, but no AC. In the morning, it was 82, and very humid. No breakfast items available that we could eat. We asked about some kind of adjustment to the rate and were told it was not available. So we paid $220+ for a very disappointing, unsatisfactory stay. We used to stay at Hampton Inns all the time. It seems to us now that they are in decline. There should have been a plan for dealing with this kind of problem, certainly by the time breakfast was going to be served. btw, the pool and fitness room were not open either. I think we should have been offered some kind of voucher for a free stay at any Hampton Inn.
