Exceptional

All in all it was a good place to stay

I had to make two reservations as they couldn't add a second night to my original reservation. No problem. I didn't have to move my bags or anything. They manually moved me from one reservation to another with no problem. Breakfast buffet was well equipped with a wide selection of food. Room was clean and neat and everything worked. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

It was very nice. I liked the pillow so much I order some.

That someone got us food when we missed the breakfast.

Facilities were all in good operating order. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Other than an uncomfortable bed and pillows, we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean! Friendly staff! Close to everything! Breakfast was excellent!

Room was clean, staff were pleasant and helpful.

Coffee maker in room did not work, paper plates at breakfast, hotel was distant from the centre of Ann Arbor but was still relatively expensive, though less so than many others in the town.

It was fine. Easy. Clean.

Convenient Location

The hallways are covered in carpets that are connected by duct tape. The carpets were buckling a bit and which could pose a tripping hazard. It just doesn't look professional. Maybe the carpets were recently damaged and will be properly installed soon? I don't know, it was really strange.
