Awesome stay, brilliant staff!

Very clean, breakfast was awesome, bed & pillows were really comfy. We had a fire alarm during our stay and the staff were brilliant, outside waiting with blankets for those still in PJs.

No view from the room whatsoever, fine for a one night stay. My friend had a better view but still right on to an office building. Mine was onto an inner roof with other rooms windows on all 4 sides. Nice for a smidge of light but nothing for a view.

Great spacious shower, very quiet, good size bed! Superb breakfast. Local staff. Food available til 10pm.

Not as close to Central Station as name suggested. Only downside.

Hotel in good location for city centre, quiet considering the location and friendly staff

Location was good, staff were friendly, breakfast was good

Room was freezing when we arrived. Advised front desk who did try to address the issue but room never warmed up properly. Also, we had an issue with the parking - we were charged in full due to never being issued a ticket. This is not the fault of the hotel but they could offer advice that if guests are using parking apps they will not get the discount
