The hotel is lovely and location but I do t feel I rate it a 5 star standard in comparison to other 5 stars I have staye

The location and facilities

The food for a 5 star hotel I didnt feel was to a 5 star standard.Also we had paid extra for a swim up room and there was facilities in the room not working ,we flagged it on two occasions and it wasnt fixed .

Perfect holiday with sun, sea and family!

The hotel was absolutely perfect for our family holiday. The Daisy Club and the pool and water slides were great for the kids. Plenty of options for parents too!

Not much to say here, everything was great! Only thing Id recommend was a door in the bathroom between the toilet and the rest of the bathroom. For a family of four, would have made it easier.

Go with the family! Good activities for kids and parents will enjoy the stay for sure.

It is extremely nice hotel and great value for money. Great and very kind and helpful staff. On all levels and by all means. Good (tasty) food in the restaurant. Some evenings we even had oysters for dinner. Very clean and tidy.

The staff was amazing, very professional, kind, and competent. Our room was clean. Breakfast & dinner options were quite good, but the lunch options could have been better. Likewise, vegetarian options at the buffet can be expanded. If you enjoy seafood & meat, you will find great varieties. If you are a vegetarian or a vegan, you will find mostly side dishes and appetizers.

Beautifully designed hotel with super friendly and efficient staff.

We loved everything about the hotel and the excellent, friendly staff

Possibly the location as there was not much going on outside the hotel. And the views down the coast were marred by caravans and what looked like favelas.

Highly recommended hotel except their hairdresser facility.

The personnel was extremely friendly. Nice and open spaces. Very much family-oriented. It can get a little too noisy at the kids swimming pool, and the other 2 outdoor pools can get quite busy. Nicely cooked food. There is little to do around the hotel within walk distance but the hotel is nice enough to stay there. Around 20 minutes by car from the South Tenerife's Airport.

If I were you I would not make use of their hairdresser facility. The bossy manager of the wellness center, who seems to be a hairdresser too, will make sure that you get the haircut that she thinks you should get, purposely against the client's wishes, despite clear communication and no language barrier. Not only the result was not good but also the process was certainly not enjoyable. I would spare my money, time and energy if I were you.
