The reviewers had a wonderful time at Greensprings Vacation Resort. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the resort had good security. The balcony and fireplace were nice touches, and (Read More)the kitchen was well-equipped. The grounds were well-maintained. The only negatives were some trash accumulation and the pool being too cold to use. Overall, the resort was a great place for families with spacious rooms and excellent amenities at a good price. The huge tub and relaxing hot tub and sauna were particularly noteworthy.

The stay was good. Made it work.

The carpets need replacing badly. There is a mold or mildew smell in the unit that will not go away. The kitchen counter needs upgrading. Lots of damage areas. Sofia need upgrading. The bed rails in the small bedroom were sticking out. Very dangerous.

Inspite of the issues in the unit, My overall stay was good. I did what I could to make it work.

The staff is very nice, helpful and available. The abundance of supplies needed for the unit. Towels, blankets, sheets, toiletries, etc. The space in the unit. The peace and quiet. The surroundings. The privacy.

The carpets need replacing badly. There is a mold or mildew smell in the unit that will not go away. The master bathroom toilet handle is broken. The bathroom boarders need upgrading. The shower curtain is too short. The guest bathroom door lock is broken. The door does not lock. The vent above our heads in the master bedroom is not a good place for a vent blowing over your head. Had to cover it. The microwave door is chipped. The refrigerator doors seem to be facing the wrong way. The livingroom couch needs upgrading. You cannot sit without the pillow pads sliding out. The pool is not heated to a temp. that is warm enough to be a heated pool. The Jacuzzi water was overflowing on 12/26/2023. I saw a number of pets on the property. This is a no pet facility. This is why we stay here. We are allergic to pets. I'm concerned pets maybe staying in units that are later rented to guests that are not aware a pet was in the unit which can definitely cause health problems and ruin a vacation. Isn't this the responsibility of Security?

Perfect! I didn't feel like I needed to santize the place or clean the shower/tub myself.

Unit was very clean. Bed and sheets felt clean (fresh folds in sheets). Staff very friendly and as efficient as they could be. Family commented that Greensprings was the nicest place we have stayed since going to Williamsburg. The other places we would normally stay have gone downhill. I'm glad Greensprings hasn't.

Tried to call the front desk a couple times while looking for a parking space after check in and couldn't get through. Line was a constant busy after selecting Concierge. The body wash bottle in the shower was empty.

Very convenient to get to, and theres a lot of activities during the day. Very close to Busch Gardens, and the colonial section.

They dont have for staffing and security coverage after 11 oclock it seems or very sparse . Sometimes the security booth was vacant and when attempted to contact the front desk for help there was absolutely no answer between the hours of 11 pm to 6 AM. Its a large resort with hundreds of people

Overall, satisfied with the value, but due to the noise issue, will unlikely return to this property

The room was spacious and overall clean. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary utensils, pots pans etc. The grounds and facilities appeared well maintained.

Sound transfer between units was a significant problem. The resort was rather empty, but those who were there seemed to be packed into the same multiunit buildings. Trying to sleep at night was at times a problem, from noise coming from adjacent units, especially above.
