The Grand View - Megalochori Santorini is a wonderful hotel with fantastic views of the caldera and smaller islands. The honeymoon suite, with its own private pool, was perfect for a romantic stay. T (Read More)he staff were great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and sitting by the pool for sunset was amazing. It's worth getting a hire car to explore the area. 100% recommended.

Superb

The location is superb: close to beautiful little village of Megalochori (walking distance); direct view on the sea (the sunsets: out of this world!) and Vulcano. The rooms are beautifully designed: simple, modern and very very clean (bed super comfy). The staff is very friendly, with a special shout out to Sofia (who upgraded me for free to a beautiful room with private patio and pool and directly helped me find someone that could deliver an eBike for rent to the Hotel), and Chris: Thank you for your kindness and great client service!

A hidden gem for a luxurious retreat

Incredible view, amazing staff. The private jacuzzi on the balcony is a must! Breakfast is amazing. We will come back and I recommend to everyone.

the staff is really nice !

the price was crazy regarding the room we got (number 14) : a tiny room, with no possible view. We had a small window facing the swimming pool and allowing anyone passing by to see inside : thus curtains closed the whole stay. We were looking forward to a luxury room with seaview as written during the booking. The hotel should be a bit more careful about what it means. Bathroom/toilet very very small too. We could have had an upgrade by spending 120euros more for one night (on the 2 nights, only the second night could have been spent in a larger room) Constant ambiant music outside : hard to read and enjoy the relaxing bed. But I guess its more a place to take instagram pictures than reading.

We had a wonderful time. We happened to be there when the other guests were having a wedding. So the environment was fun

Superb location, excellent breakfast, very helpful staff and they were accommodating to our needs and requests. The views from the property were exceptionally beautiful. We enjoyed spending time there.

Fantastic Botique hotel

This boutique hotel is located at the caldera side where at this time of the year the sunset was beautiful. Location is also less touristic and very guiet but very romantic for couples. The staff especially the manager Ms. Chris was very helpful and gave us lots of tips about the surroundings. Overall our stay at Grand view hotel was fantastic.

The small room we had < 20m2 , room 001 has a very small window on the side thus the view was not fantastic at all but at 132 per night We think that this was a bit pricey. The bed is not comfortable and even facing the door.
