I would book this stay again.

Room was big and quiet, it was cleanand tidy. We really liked the location. 10 min to airport or city center, directly located on the beach! Food was awesome, and we really liked to spa section of the hotel

Other Facilities were unfortunaly not that clean, like public toilet and hallways within the hotel property. At least not the level of cleanliness that you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Although the rooms itself were super tidy and clean. Some restaurant remained closed as it wasnt peak season but for the few open ones to query lines for dinner were quiet long.

We loved the room, poolside duluxe room after the kind staff upgraded us as we had a problem with our other room. The food was out of this world, absolutely amazing for an all inclusive, lots of flavour, so fresh, especially the salads in the resturant by the beach. The cocktails were lovely, my favorites were the frozen margaritas from the pool bar, and the strawberry mojitos.

We really didn't like the fact that there was no evening music apart from someone either singing or playing guitar for a couple of hours then ut just went dead, just a bit of music from a cd would of been fine but the atmosphere was very bland. That is the only fault we had with this hotel, which really was a big deal as you get dressed up for the evening to have a good time with your family not just go to bed after dinner. If this hotel started playing a bit of music in the evening then we would definitely come back again and again.

Hi, there I with my family had a trip to Grand Palladium palace Ibiza resort & spa from the 21-26 of September 2023 He hotel is so so but the house kipping and managers are very bad I with my family had a vacation in the end of September 2023 As we have early back flight I forgot my hat and cover for the luggage When we came to the airport I made a call for the hotel and they find my clothes At the same moment I ask them to send it to me & I will pay for everything I explain then that this hat was very important for me & I ask to give it back After 2 weeks they did it probably for another address ..My clothes was lost ! I didnt get nothing !!! Then they promise me to find the number of my package but they again lies to me & did nothing Now it goes 1 month and a half and they did nothing to solve my problem and explain their mistake ! The manager or administration had steal my clothes I will show some photos how a was trying to gives my clothes back ! I will not recommended this hotel for nobody !!!

Appalling restaurant service

Refurbishment is good and much improved pool and bar areas since I was there 4 years ago.

Shocking food quality and service in La Sal buffet restaurant. Food was cold or luke warm. Queueing for up to 10 minutes to get into the restaurant and then had to clear tables myself before we could sit down. Restaurant supervisor said that it was because it was the end of season and that they werent expecting so many people. I reviewed on TripAdvisor and the manager replied that I should have booked a la Carte restaurants in advance. I had emailed to do this but was told I needed to book when I arrived. I also was told to try the other buffet restaurants which was impossible as they suddenly closed White Island hotel so we had nowhere else to go. This was a big let down, we didnt get what was advertised and the hotel definitely doesnt warrant the 5 star rating.

We arrived on first night to be told for the first time that half of the resort was closing due to end of season. So with an all inclusive, suddenly half the restraunts were unavailable and the 2 a la carte restraunts had no availability. The food in buffet style was nice but always served quite tepid even cold. Due to the nature of catering for 100s of people over a prolonged period. Mini bar in all inclusive consisted of 2 beers and a few tins of soda Plus the room service was free but delivery was 14 euro lol

Excellent hotel close to everything

The hotel has an outstanding location, its only 10 minutes from the airport with taxi. The popular clubs like Ushuaia and Hi Ibiza can be reached in 10 mins walking. The facilities of the White Beach hotel can also be used. Really kind staff, delicious food, good quality drinks. We visited Ibiza off season but it totally worthed it:)

The range of restaurants available for guests were amazing! Food was delicious, rooms were spacious, size of pools were very big!

You can hear every footstep from other guests in the corridor outside the bedroom. Very loud when drunken guests were coming up to their rooms at 4am...
