Great place to stay in Naples

The room was clean, large (executive dbl room), nice view, blackout curtains, and amazingly quiet. The hotel is in a very busy area and there was traffic noise during the day, however, after 21:00, it was quiet. The room had 2 windows that opened. The windows were soundproof to a point during the day, but at night, perfection. The breakfast was good with a great selection. Staff was professional, with most being friendly. There's tons of everything nearby. (Restaurants, groceries, shopping of all kinds). The central rail station is about 1.5 km away. The Metro is about a block away from the hotel, though I didn't use it. Firm mattress and nice linens. I would recommend it.

Nice hotel to stay

The hotel is well maintained - clean and modern. Breakfast at the top of the hotel was also nice - food and the view. The location is also good as it is next to the shopping street of Via Toraldo.

The room is dark. They only use lamps to light up the room but the lamps are not very bright. It is difficult to read things in the room. We complained to the receptionist but he could not do anything.

Superb

Very nice stay - we totally recommend this hotel

The hotel is located in the middle of everything; the metro station "Toledo" is on your doorsteps and it's just 4 stations far from Napoli Centralle Garibaldi. There are several nice tratorias and restaurants within walking distance, while Spacanapoli is about 15 minutes walking. The room was cozy and quiet; in spite that it was next to the lifts, it had good soundproofing. Mattress and pillows were really good, hot water in the shower. We would like also to thank the staff; were so polite and helpful. And the chef of the restaurant on the 9th floor for the delicious spagetti with zucchini.

Our first room that was given had some issues with its aluminium frames, which solved with another room, thank to the helpful staff.

Pleasant weekend break

Well appointed hotel close to the centre of the town. Pleasant bar and restaurant on top floor. Room was a reasonable and nicely furnished.

Some milk and some proper cups in the room would have been nice. Two paper cups is not what you would expect for a hotel costing over 200 euros a night.

Superb

Great location in the beating heart of Naples

Great location, and we were able to visit all the central attractions on foot. Since we had a very large suite, our room was very big with two showers. Our balcony (on the 3rd floor) was very nice, and the dining room balcony on the 9th floor provided an exceptional view. In spite of the central location and our relatively low floor, noise from the street was not an issue. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel's maintenance could be improved, some elements were loose, but nothing significant.
