Best place in Naples to stay at.

Location was fantastic right in the middle of the centre. The staff was so helpful and friendly Rooms were super clean and spacious. Breakfast was OMG amazing..

Absolutely beautiful stay ! Helpful and friendly staff.

We stayed in the King suite and room was spectacular. Llocation was perfect with easy access to food, cabs and walking around. Ester and Ellanora were very helpful, friendly and sweet. Ester made sure our stay was comfortable and special

Bathroom shower area is too small . But I would pass it for experiencing the beauty of the heritage room

Lovely hotel right in the heart of Naples. The rooms are big and comfortables, the design of the rooms and the breakfast room is so classy and tasteful. Staff courtesy and kindness..the best! I will definitely come back to Relais della porta!

Different vibes

The location is very central and the coziness of the room is charming. We were upgraded to a bigger room and this was a nice gesture. Staff and courteous and friendly.

Due to the nature of the hotel, I dont think the place is suitable for handicapped guests or kids. I couldnt imagine myself with a stroller for instance. We were having a kids-free holiday, so this wasnt an issue. Also, the room needs more attention and maintenance, as it is wearing out. Breakfast is average to me.

location location location, it was clean as well + the hotel team was very helpful and tried their best to make it a perfect stay for us. breakfast was very good and they chocolate cake was one of best i have ever had. - if i ever came back to napoli i would still stay in this hotel.

the way of getting in the hotel ( its located in the third floor ). yes the hotel was clean and had some beautiful rooms and service but i only see it as a 3 star hotel max. some construction noise was there.

Amazing journey and love it

Everything, from easy check in to check out. The room is perfect and the bed so comfy. Breakfast is gorgeous with the nice and unique paint in the sailing. The location is unbelievable, is close to everything. I really enjoyed my stay and recommended it to anyone
