Our stay was short, we were not at the property very much but the amenities very nice including various sports stuff. We sat by the lake one afternoon, that was pleasant. Parking was easy, the staff was nice, good recycling.

No major complaints but here are some little things that could be improved: pillows not comfortable, only enough coffee for one day, slippery bathtub for showering including clogged drain, screened porch overlooking parking lot and black mold on table, no throw pilows in the living room, very noisy airhandler, tiny TV screen in one of the bedrooms, timeshare pitch at checkin when you just want to get to your room, no late check-out.

The rooms are very outdated. However they are updating some of the buildings which is amazing. The parking due to the updates was absolutely horrible! The room we stayed in was very outdated, it appeared to have water issues and a leak at some point due to the dark water stains on the ceiling. The garbage disposal was broke which also led to a leak on our floor that was not fixed while we stayed.

Excellent Location With Great Amenities

The location is fabulous. Easy to reach Disney, Universal, Sea World in no more than 15 minutes. The condo was spacious and well equipped. Grounds and pools were well maintained.

It was a quiet and tranquil place, but I traveled during non peak time. I enjoyed my stay.

The pools were nice with plenty of seating space for guests. I liked the array of sport activities they had at the resort, including outdoor grills and hammocks. In addition, I loved the scenery with beautiful floral decor and a well manicure outdoor appeal.

I didn't like that there were no resturants on site. Also, no shuttle rides to a local supermarket which I'm accustomed to. Lastly, an entertainment show would have made it more to my liking.
