Location

The staff was horrible. My husband arrived first with two of our children. Denied check in , said money didnt go through. We have proof of transfer and basically said it was fake and said no. Husband said go check ur bank and said no he had to pay again. My husband was so upset and he paid because kids was tired and hungry. My husband could not get a home of me because i was still in bali doing a 100 pax wedding event. When i finally could call back i was livid. It was true discrimination because my husband is a musician and has full tattoos. I called a meeting with the manager and the guy when i arrived the next day. They gave us absolutely nothing in compensation. Not even room upgrades or extra bed or anything. I stayed quiet. They did give mugs to say sorry, what a joke. Never in my life have i been treated so bad and never in my life have i written a review. It was just so disappointing because it involved my two children.

The hotel is conveniently located right near Royal Ambarukmo and Plasa Ambarukmo Mall. The only downside is that there is a noticeable smell of smoke in the room. It's perplexing how smoking is permitted in rooms with air conditioning.

The white towels provided had an unpleasant smell, and appeared to have discolored (darkened) over time.

Disappointing

As a frequent visitor to Yogja , I will never book this hotel again

the bar on the 5th Floor, could not supply a Beer , after requesting they get some stock, each day i requested but no beer. the Manager told me no beer, so why have a bar? The gym was inadequate with equipment, T V did not work in Gym
