Home away from home

The service levels were incredibly good. We were treated like members of their family. I have never stayed in a Berger place in that regard. We were even offered and driven to the train station after checking out. Breakfast on check out was take away as per our request as we were leaving so early.

Superb

Fantastic friendly hotel with excellent service.

Outstanding hosts who drive you to places and the Station fee of charge and booked great trips with them. They treated you like one of the family. Breakfast was very nice. Clean and comfortable room. Make sure you book the ballet performance it was excellent. Excellent selection of TV channels in English.

The ambiance is great. Great staff, very nice and accommodating. The place is exactly like the photos. Great breakfast as well. Clean and hygienic. Highly recommended!

Very minor things like the creaking door, low battery remote, etc. very minor things that I reckon are not a deal breaker but something that would be nice if it's fixed before we stay. But it's very minor.

Definitely was a great stay

Big nice shout to Mr Pras and team were absolutely amazing, you guys incredible staffs. Helpful staffs, communicative and friendly. On the day we arrived the receptions was attentive and gave us the details information. The hotel itself has a beautiful spot to relax, chill with friends or just enjoyed the view sorroundings. Green plants and stunning architecture. Good location, perfect for those who really want to have a good stay in Jogjakarta city centre, about 7 minutes drive from Malioboro. Restaurants nearby, for you who wants to experience the local dishes here. My friends, the family of them and I were happy, even just for one night staycation. Breakfast was delicious and again with nice view of pool. The kids were happy too, definitely will recomend to other friends. Thank you very much, to all staffs we would like to say matur nuwun.

The breakfast having to order the night before, then in the morning you dont get what you ordered. Things missing from the breakfast, just told not available today, I mean if you have to order the night before surely you have time to make sure you have what you are offering and what the guest ordered?

Great Hotel in Yogjakarta

The hotel staff was very very friendly and really helpful. The breakfast was very tasty, the pool was clean and refreshing and the room was exactly like the pictures. Really good hotel!!!

The hotel is not directly in the city centre, but there are still enough delicious restaurants in the area.

Fantastic!

Absolutely excellent! Probably our best stay in Indonesia. The staff was lovely and was super accommodating to all our requests. Very kind people. The room was fantastic as well, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plenty. We would definitely recommend this little gem.

We had issues with late breakfast on two of the three days we stayed there. Wed told them the night before that we had only half an hour to eat before we had to leave for the day tours, and they seemed to understand, but the next morning the staff working then didnt seem to know this and struggled to provide us breakfast on time. They did apologize profusely on both days and packed us the breakfast on the last day as we were running out the door. However, this was only a small inconvenience and we would still go back!
