Early December stay

Very friendly staff, thank you all! Wonderfully spacious and comfy apartment for my mum and I. Plenty space for parking. Fun decorations for December. Spacious pool with lots of sunbeds, and though I don't have any kids, it was clear they were all having a great time! Good location if you have a car and are keen to head out and away from Los Cristianos :)

Terrible coffee for the number of British people that were staying here And this is not the hotels fault at all, this is just a wee note if you're like me - I'm British, but I am always mortified by "Brits on Tour." There were quite a few of of them while we were staying. We could hear our neighbours drinking out on the balcony and through the wall quite late into the night. If you want somewhere quieter, then it's probably best not to stay near Los Cristianos - my mistake. We stayed up in the North for the start of our holiday and would highly recommend that if you're looking for a holiday where you don't feel like you're still in the UK :)

Wonderful family hotel with excellent friendly staff and delicious food.

The staff, the food variety and quality. Rooms were lovely. Pools were great, but could do with a slide for the kids in the main pool. Entertainment was also great. On the whole a wonderful family hotel.

Premixed cocktails. No bottled water included in the premium upgrade. Drains in our room was smelling throughout hotel stay despite them being cleaned and attended too by staff. Only option is to watch entertainment outside which in the evenings was cold and not enough heaters. Also needed more no smoking/vaping signs in the entertainment area as these were not clearly visible and people smoking and vaping around the children. Staff did mention a couple times over the mic to not smoke on the odd occasion but not daily, so new arrivals werent aware and were sparking up!

Unfortunately we had the neighbours from hell fighting smashed up there room and petrified my neice.

The cleaning staff and pool

The people at desks rude unhelpful and basically always looked miserable

Exceptional

The family room was awesome for the three of us plenty of space and super clean! Gotta say, breakfast was delicious, really hit the spot. November at the hotel was chill, not too many people around, which was pretty cool.

It was a bit far from the beach ( 35 min walk) but we can get shutel bus to the beach every morning from the hotel
