Very good

The beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and has a nice rooftop bar and coffee bar in the lobby. Great for parking near the University of VA as well. Lobby could use a bit of sprucing up and elevator was down for part of one day. But the staff was exceptional

Close to the University convenient and cozy

The staff was great. Helpful with an early checkin and a late check out. The rooms are big and the location to the university can't be beat.

The bathrooms leave a bit to be desired. They ware clean and fine. But our toilet kept running and needed to be fixed. Our soap was low. And the overall esthetic was meh. All minor things but for the price we paid for the room I expect top knotch all around.

Average.

The staff at the hotel were very nice and attentive. Front desk and restaurant staff were welcoming and friendly.

The rooms were very dreary looking and dirty. Rooms were not properly cleaned. Dental floss found in the bottom of the garbage can from a previous occupant. What appeared to be a gum stain stuck to the carpet. Dirty underwear was also found in one of the drawers, which was from a previous occupant, which means the room may not have been cleaned for days or even weeks. Bathroom had a lot of rust stains, and the room also had a unclean scent to it.

Its convenient but the building is dirty and poorly maintained.

Its convenient to downtown.

Property is dirty and the facilities are in bad repair. Bathroom floor hadnt been mopped in weeks. Trash in room. Dusty. Air conditioning broken. Moved rooms twice.
