Exceptional

Bed and room very clean. Provide lots of towels and an iron with iron board in the room. Very convenient. Parking no worries, so many parking and the hotel took care of it with parking ticket as hotel guest. Breakfast just nice, my family also love the BATHTUB

Poorly maintained.

Location near to plaza pelangi. Quite convenient.

The room feels dusty. I began to cough a lot when I'm in the room. The bed is not comfortable.

No fresh air but filled with very bad ordour in the room. Especially bad smell on the curtain.. The hotel is not suggested for stay.
