Only the issue with the security box the rest are fine.

Location of hotel very convenient near shopping mall and CIQ.

We had an issue with the security box when call for room service assistant they did not turn up.

Good location

The bed is so comfy, the location js strategic, by walking distance can go to City Square and food spot.

The first day when we check in, the bed sheet is very dirty, plenty of hair and blanket got blood however, after raises the request, the team immediately change the whole new set for us. But still hope that this can be improve in the future.

Perfect location, strategically located at the heart of JB and right across JB Sentral/ JB CIQ.

We booked Deluxe King Room and the bed size given is only queen size bed. There's no facility in the hotel, except a mini sized gym. The room is rather small, wood panel floor is damaged and room service aren't responsive.

Location was good, but hotel needs improvement especially the funny smell in the family room.

Location was good, it was just opposite Komtar JBCC. However. you get what you pay for as fives hotel is not a five star hotel, there were no pools and the curtains smelled funny. The family room was quite spacious, but the toilet was very small. Furthermore, there is only 1 toilet and shower for my family of 4, so everyone have to queue. Lucky only stayed a night. Don't think i will stay here again, sorry.

Room smelled funny, i suspect it was the curtains. Only 1 toilet in family room is definitely not good for family of 4.
