Good polite staff, helpful staff. Clean hotel. Good spa. Location is decent, 10 min to old town but have free cycles. But overall a good stay and experience.

A little small freebies like giving iron box or tea after spa shouldnt be charged.

Everything was excellent and exceptional. Specially the service staff was super good and very friendly, worth to mention Ms Kim Dzung at reception who was very supportive. Hotel made sure our preference for vegetarian options in breakfast is fulfilled. 10/10 for the facilities.

The hotel is very good and clean. The breakfast is one of the best ones in my stay in vietnam. A big thank you to KIM for been so good and explain all about the city and the tours around. If I came again I'll stay here for sore.

Location. Clean. Restaurant across the street super cool. Service superb. Breakfast good. Big room.

Watch the umbrellas. They have very strictly policy regarding umbrellas.

We would highly recommend Golden Holiday Hotel. The hotel staff were a stand out as they were very helpful and responsive, and had great recommendations for a tailor and cooking class. They also organised our airport pick up and onward transport. The hotel is in a good location approx 1km walk or cycle from the hustle and bustle of the old town.

Great hotel with serviceminded staff

We loved the staff, They were so service minded and friendly. The breakdfast was great. Very nice with the bikes that we could borrow. We went around on the bikes for a whole day. We had spa time as well. Very nice!
