Pleasant stay, Affordable price

1) Very decent hotel suitable for family, price is affordable and worth it. 2) Rooms are well maintained and clean. 3) Courteous and friendly staff 4) Efficient service - any issues are fixed promptly 5) Good location, very nearby Krishna Gana Sabha and nearby shopping places I was supposed to stay only for 2 nights, and move to another hotel. However I was very happy with the hotel and decided to extend my stay in the same hotel. I stayed in the suite, very spacious room with a living room in it as well, suitable for family with kids as there is ample of space. The manager Mr Ravi and Mr Anand (i think, cant recall exactly) were very kind and flexible in managing my request. Mr Hari's hospitality is simply amazing, he really makes one feel at home with his warm and charming personality. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this place.

What could be improved is the breakfast variety. They have vada, idli, dosa, upma, bread butter jam etc coffee tea fruit juice. Good to have different variety on different days.

Paid so much but the room was very small .. service was good.

Breakfast only very few but was nice.

The management promise to provide car to airport but didn't do so..and the standard room rate was 4000 rupees.. never fulfilled the promises..

Very clean hotel located in an ideal location.

Very clean. Excellent room. Extremely courteous staff. I really enjoyed the room I was staying in!

I honestly did not like the breakfast. I stayed for four days and it was the same breakfasts every day. I decided to go to a nearby restaurant to eat my breakfast.

We stayed in the property in the month of September, and we had a good time. But when we came in December when the hotel was booked out, we got nothing but shrewd attitude and disrespect from the staff. During check in, since we had flown in from another country, they demanded to check everything. One time, my husband was stuck in another place with the keycard, and when I requested for a spare one, they were rude about it. After 5-10 minutes, they used the mastercard to let us in the room and expected us to stay in dark for over an hour. We had to fight until a guard came and put a random card to activate. Since these are sensors, none of our ID cards would work. We asked em to be more considerate and the person wouldnt even hear us. We mentioned that we would be writing a review and their response was go for it. Special mention to Lokesh at reception for ruining our experience. Such a disgraceful place for a stay, petty staff, and overpriced.

Some staffs are very less corporative, dont know how to talk properly, doesnt support or even try to help!

Comfortable and satisfying

The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable. For our purposes the location was great and excellent value for the money paid. I didnt expect much of the free breakfast, and while the spread was limited, overall it was tasty and wholesome South Indian breakfast

Your servant missed cleaning the one beer bottle that was left inside the refrigerator before other guests entered the suit room. It's nice when I see it.

You didn't keep tooth brush and paste, despite the fact that it was a suit room. Give suit rooms more everyday necessities.

Worst Experience

Washroom didnt even have a shower to take bath, they gave a bucket to fill water and shower, There was a manger in the front spoken to me in an inappropriate way when I asked them about the payment difference which was shown in the booking.Com and at the property. (Simply told me to leave the premises if I cant pay the extra amount)
