The location

It is filthy dirty. There are no locks on doors and the walls are peeling off with mould and damp.

Passable

Simple stay but Old and lost its shine from years ago

The initial room assigned was a used and dirty room , this was fixed quickly and credit to the staff for this fast action. Big room with much space.

The cleanliness and attention to many details is lacking in all areas especially the room. The breakfast was average at best. Staff were fine overall

Nice hotel

I loved the location and the actual hotel was incredibly nice, staff were friendly however they took a while to get to us while we were waiting to check in. It felt like a nice hotel

The beds were fair too soft for us and the sofa bed was missing a strap

Too many creaky floorboards, this was disturbing when trying to get to sleep

Very poor

The breakfast was lovely x bar closed at 11 never seen that before for a hotel I fell down the stairs from top to bottom they did all come help but I've emailed cos the fall has left me with lots bruised and in a lot pain and I've heard nothing back at all

Hotel looks dirty and very old looking all needs good sort out
