It was absolutely great! Highly recommend! Felt like home

Was very surprised how well maintained the property is, felt like home! Looks just as pictures offer. I WOULD NOT hesitate to stay here again. I looked for 3 nights for place to stay in the area and all had horrible reviews, this one sitting at 4.3 when searching I didnt want to let it pass, and Im more than happy that I didnt. My fianc and I was very pleased with the stay, thank you!

Enjoyed Richmond. People were friendly; beautiful architecture; lots of history & good food.

The bed was comfortable. The owner left us a welcome note, bottle of wine and snacks. Contactless check-in/access was easy. Walking distance to a Starbucks and diner for breakfast. Is in the Museum District - loved the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art. Wish we had had time to see more.

This is a very small walk up apt on the third floor in an older home, so pack light to avoid having to lug a heavy suitcases up 3 flights of steep stairs. It took a long time for hot water to reach the faucets. The bathroom sink was really tiny and drained slowly. The t-stat didn't seem to function to control the AC, so the room was over-cooled - perhaps instructions on how to use the t-stat would have helped. The Keurig didn't work - I assume prior visitors failed to tell the owner so he could replace it.

Great experience

Wonderful little 1BR apartment. Comfortable bed, nice TV, adequate bathroom with shower. Had most of the basic kitchen amenities, such as toaster, microwave, fridge, basic utensils. Great location on a boulevard with beautiful large trees. Loved being able to sit out on the front porch. Within walking distance of an Aldi (grocery store). I have stayed there twice now and would recommend!

Loud fan in the bathroom.

Nice walking distance to my job site, food and other amenities. It was quite, clean. A bottle of wine, snacks, tea and kcups were waiting for me upon arrival. Instructions for check in check out were clear.

the Kuerig didn't work but in all fairness I didn't notify anyone to replace/fix it. I noticed on my last day that there was a small, standard coffee pot in the lower cabinets. The sheets were too big for the bed so they kept bunching up.

Cute apartment in a great location.

Location was great! The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

The stairs were a little strenuous carting our luggage. The TV placement was a little awkward.

Doubtful, I would ever stay there again.

Location was excellent

Room was not cleaned to my expectations. Could not control the temperature in the room unless calling the owner. In my opinion, this third floor walk-up (in a very old wood frame home), without a fire escape was dangerous.
