Everything was great beside the old bathrobes and small variety for breakfast

Great location friendly staff.

The towels and bathrobes was so old the bathrobes was hard and broken and thorn out. And they can improve on breakfast

A stay that makes you relaxed

The room is nice and big, the bed is huge, the fridge freezer and kitchen area good. The shower is hot and powerful. Bed is firm. Spare soft pillows in cupboard. Easy to get to and from (BTS close by) and near nice cafes, market and 7Eleven.

The aircon didnt work in one room and had to change. The gym needs a bit more care, like the radio not working. More sunloungers at the pool. The curtains are thick but dont completely black out daylight.

Comfortable stay. Location is good.

Kind staff. Comfortable room. Only 5 mins walk to BTS Chong Nonsi station.

The water will flow to the ground when taking a shower.

The hot water for shower was variable; sometimes it was hot and a couple of minutes later the water ran cold. No bacon available for breakfast.

Location was excellent, family of 4 split over 2 rooms so having rooms next door to each other was good. Walking distance to BTS and area around was good for a walk and food. Rooms were big and clean.

We were on the 2nd floor which is marked in the elevator as "Laundry floor" The room opposite was used by staff and could sometimes be noisy with banging doors and voices. The corridor outside would often have furniture and trolleys of laundry. The air cons in both the rooms were very noisy and needed to be switched off during the night. The fridge in 1 room was also really noisy and had to be unplugged during the night. Both rooms had no balconys and windows which let in very little light.

I requester a non smoking room and the whole corridor smelt of cannabis. I was moved to another floor.

Decent stay if you can get discounted rates

Location off main streets so quiet yet easily accessible to BTS, shops, restaurants, grocery stores. Staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Booking.com Genius sale rates made the Executive Suite with living area, bathtub and separate shower, and full size fridge affordable. Being on a higher floor gave us a nice skyline view. Certain items at breakfast were tasty (fried rice, stir fried veggies, fried egg, sliced pork) but otherwise just ok. Hotel arranged a private car to the airport which was reasonable and fast.

If we didn't get sale rates, the regular rates were not worth it. This is more of a 3-star hotel. The hotel could use some sprucing up (drainage covers in the bathroom were cracked and broken, water stains on the kitchen ceiling, aged flooring and carpet, well-worn sofa, etc.). Bed was a bit soft. Breakfast entrees were hit or miss each day - Asian hot dishes, mac & cheese, pasta, stale baguette slices, toast, stale Belgium waffles, salad fixings, cold cereal, hard boiled eggs were overcooked so shell could not be peeled off. Consider serving pastries and fresher bread, small bananas, cheeses, yogurt, grilled potatoes.
