Excellent!

Exceptional property ! A beautiful Four Seasons for a relaxing vacation at Napa !

I liked everything about the property and the staff who were extremely helpful. We had an issue with our AC at our room during our first day and they promptly addressed it in the most appropriate and efficient way ! A big thank you to all the staff of the resort!

Needs some more tangible hospitality, more layered aesthetic experiencehowever lovely and peaceful

Peaceful, clean environment. Respectful, kind staff. Lovely food, but in-room snacking and beverages seem an unnecessarily add-on that could be complimentary.

More built in complimentary items and servicese.g. turndown service, and why are snacks so pricey? $6 for a protein bar typically $3 max, $9 for a chocolate bar that costs $4 or $4.50 down the street? Honestly, the lighting was cool but too complicated to utilize well. Thats my brain thoughnot an inherent problem.
