The location is walkable to downtown, the rooms and beds are cozy and comfortable and the mineral pools are amazing!!

Thank you Melissa for taking such good care to offer us 2 rooms for a lovely price, considering my ederly parents and their special needs. We really appreciate this!

1 thing my father mentoned was he was unfortunately not happy with the ' handicapable' toilet in the bathroom. He had hoped for a raised toilet seat with handles for the elderly as opposed to the 2 rails on the wall near the toilet for accessability for many people with physical needs and/ or challenges. He suggested 2 typed of toilets for this room. The type that was there + the raised seat one for people with needs such as his. Thank you for your consideration for perhaps another elderly person with the same needs.

This was my second visit, and it was just as amazing as the first. The team is so wonderful. The Mud bath, Attendant Melissa, and the Masseuse Louis were great. It's so peaceful here. Everyone I encountered was so gracious. And a noon check out is an additional plus. It leaves you time to soak in the spa jacuzzi...

All and all we had a nice stay, just a little expensive for what you get.

We liked the location, very quite. The room was a nice size, and loved the idea of no stairs to our room. The large bath tub was nice, along with the frig in our room

The hot water was terrible, too many old showers, and no pressure in the shower. The beds was too soft, both of our backs hurt. Did want to use the pool facilities at the bottom on the pool looked dirty and stained. Lastly, the carpets where very dirty.
