Great stay. Nice staff. Had a festival at the convention center and the location couldnt have been better.

The location is so convenient for people who are visiting Chinatown or have an event at the convention center.

Parking is pretty steep at the surrounding lots.

The front desk clerk which was man was very rude and unprofessional and his manners and the way he conduct business bad taste in mouth. He was in the phone talking to someone why dealing. So person heard everything bout my transaction . The first room he put me in didnt have no heat it wasnt working

Great location and comfortable to stay in downtown Philly!

Location is very good and the room and the bed were really comfortable and clean.

Previous guest left the alarm clock activated at 4:00 am and 6:00 am. Not a pleasure wake up at this time in the morning.

Clean hotel with firendly staff

Location was perfect for me being across the road from the convetion center for Marathon Packet Pickup and only about a 10 minute walk from the start/finish line. Hotel was clean but expensive at $350 for a double room for 1 night but comparable to other hotels in the area for Marathon weekend.

I arrived right at the earliest check in time but my room was not ready for another 30 minutes which was frustrating. Staff did get me into the first available room. Other negatives were that there was no microwave in the room to heat my pre-made food and it took a while to get the room down to the temperature I find comfortable. Also other hotels I have stayed at before races start breakfast super early on Marathon day (5am) as they know the race starts at 7am but not here.

It was ok for one stay but it was a noisy and not a very safe feeling area.

It was clean, massive bed and comfortable too.

Noisy AC unit, lots of outside noise over night. Hotel staff not very welcoming
