The hotel has a perfect location and the staff is outstanding. The room was small but nice, with a mean cup of coffee. However, the bed was not comfortable. The outdoor bar in the summer and indoor f (Read More)ireplaces in colder months are great, with high-quality food and service. The doorman was polite and engaged with patrons, leaving a good first impression. Some guests found the price to be too high and would not return. Overall, the staff was friendly and genuine. The restaurant had delicious food and incredible drinks, with a great waiter. It is recommended to visit, especially during off-peak season.

Great location! Right on the water with great views.

While there was ample friendly staff at the bar, the staff inside the hotel (front desk) were nonexistent most of the time. The indoor restaurant seems to be closed all of the time. Its like walking around a ghost town. The property needs updating and the smell from the kitchen permeates the elevator - when the kitchen is cranking its gross.

beautiful quaint property. staff was a pleasure. we got complementary cookies on our first night by surprise in our room which was such a nice touch! the fireplace in the room was what sold me on this place. definitely would like to come back in the Summer to enjoy the outdoor space! Drinks were worth the price and my husband said the steak was top 3 best he has ever had! LOVED THE SHOWER with all the different shower heads felt like I was in a spa! Thank you to all at Forty 1 North!

great location, staff was very nice, room very clean, excellent dinner.

I felt at the rooms price point which would be on par with Four Seasons the room could have been more luxurious

Good

We enjoyed our stay.

The staff was excellent. The courtesy car was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well.

The music was way too loud. Our room was over the dumpsters so we could hear them being dumped every morning.
