Great for a relaxing break away

Great location for the Pitlochry Theatre and Pitlochry High Street.

Dogs are allowed although not inside the property -only in the lodge rooms

Superb

From the outset the staff were so attentive from Mark greeting us at the door to Jamie's excellent care during dinner. We stayed in the Woodside lodges which were a great size and immaculate.

The spa facilities were a little tired. The steam room needed upgrading and the changing room had a weird layout and also needed updating.

Superb

Great venue for family occasions.

The accommodation was excellent - I was in a lodge room and they really are first class. The private dining room was also very nice. Main restaurant also quite spacious so tables nicely spread apart. Continental Breakfast was nicely presented. Team at Fonab all very warm & friendly and doing their best for guests. The barman in Sandemans was a credit to Fonab - he excelled at customer service and he was short handed being the only one on.

The cooked breakfast was pretty poor - Scottish and Kedgeree. The Kedgeree has skin on the fish - apparently that is the way they do it at Fonab although that isn't specified on the menu. It was truly awful.

Outstanding stay we will be back

Staff could not be more helpful, the pent house was absolutely beautiful and the views were outstanding. Food was gorgeous. We will be back. The spa looked lovely although we had our 5 month old so we only used the pool which was lovely and warm and quiet for our wee ones first swim!
