Holiday Getaway

Hotel Grounds were beautifully decorated for the holiday. I loved the Christmas trees in the lobby and the atmosphere was fantastic. Our Room was beautiful. The food at Sante was fabulous! Great Trip.

The room was a little chilly It took a while for it to warm up.

Wonderful and memorable stay at such a lovely resort!

They upgraded us to a King room without us having to pay. It was my husbands bday and they left for us a nice bottle of sparkling wine with champagne glasses and chocolate covered strawberries plus two complimentary cocktails tickets for the bar! They went beyond and we will go back!

we've been coming for thanksgiving for a few years now, and just love it up there.

room was fabulous, sink was clogged, they fixed right away all the bath house services were working, last year the steam room wasn't food was wonderful

wish there was more sun when you sit out. I know it is the time of year, but not enough lounges in the sun. WE got there early 8 am and most were already reserved.

Wonderful. Thats why I keep on coming back.

The breakfasts were delicious. The hotel car available to take us to downtown Sonoma was terrific. Watsu and Kitsu (the masseuse) could not have been better. It was a spiritual experience. I was disappointed that I could not get my aqua facial. Need more and better food choices outside by the pool.

Enjoyed it and would do it again.

The staff was great! Friendly, helpful, and professional. Really couldn't have been better. Love the car service to town, we used it several times. Loved the bikes.

I thought the room was a little overpriced. We could not start the fireplace, tried repeatedly, the bag would not light. The bathroom was my biggest dislike. The light came on in the middle of the night when we would get up to use the bathroom and because the door had windows it would wake up the other people. Unfortunately, I get up a couple of times during the night. They gave us stickies to put over the sensors, but that didn't work. Finally, my daughter figured out a way to put something over them. We could hear the people above us walking around. Nothing major, except the bathroom lights. And they weren't little lights, they were full blown bright lights.
