Very good

Great for the price.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast that was included was good value for the price. The rooms seemed up to date and offered reasonable amenities. I particularly enjoyed the washroom set up.

The breakfast offered compostable items which was great but did not offer recycling or compost options for disposal. The receptionists were quite short with me and the check in and check out process felt rushed and dismissive.

The staff are truly what makes this property great! Sandy is exceptional and all the others are a close second. So friendly, welcoming and all around helpful. Plus you cant beat the location if youre visiting the university.

Perfect hotel for OSU game!

Free shuttle to OSU game was a pleasant surprise. Great breakfast and great coffee. Check-out at noon was also great.

Pleasant and close to OSU.

The complimentary breakfast was really nice. It makes the trip more affordable since you don't have to go out. The free Shuttle service (which I hadn't realized they offered) was great. Again, making the trip more affordable, because I didn't need to pay for an Uber-type service. Staff was very friendly and room was VERY Nice!

I wish they had an active bar on premises. There was a bar area but no bartender. Maybe I just didn't hit it at the right times. I wish the exercise room was larger.

Exceptional

This property is my go to whenever I have an overnight stay while visiting my father in the hospital

I really like the lady who checked me in, she remembered me from a stay that I had back in August.

I looked over the breakfast buffet and went to Denny's instead.

Very poor

The location

The breakfast was horrible. The eggs we cold and watery. The English muffins were frozen. The butter and cream cheese were also frozen. For the price we paid, the room was SMALL, no microwave, pillows were small and so uncomfortable. The sink wouldn't drain, and the toilet didn't flush very well.

Disappointing

The staff was friendly

The room had a very bad smell to it - I complained but the hotel was full. I also wanted a king size room - that was what I had booked first and they gave me 2 beds.
