The staff was very rude. I called the day of check in to see if we could get in early. They said yes between 12p and 1p. I got there at 12p and was told absolutely not and that I wasnt able to get in until 3p. Mind you I have a baby that needed to be put down for a nap and now no where to do that. Secondly, my car was broken into sometime Saturday night or Sunday morning. The staff did nothing for me. They had me fill out an incident report and that was all. I never got what can we do to help, let me compensate you or anything. I was told a manager would be in touch and she never did. It was ridiculous. I will say there was one maintenance main that was kind enough to help vacuum out our car but aside from that the front desk was horrible.

Weve stayed here four times now, and I really wish there were microwaves in the rooms rather than a communal microwave! That is the biggest downside for us.
