Malaysia at the front desk provided fast service and delicious cookies, exceeding expectations. Mr. Marvin gave great recommendations and ensured a comfortable stay. The breakfast was great and the v (Read More)alet service was on point. The location was ideal for walking to attractions. The only complaint was the lack of parking, but overall the staff was friendly and the room was clean and modern. Guests were impressed and already planning to return.

Nice clean hotel, good location, good facilities
Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The shower was great and I would definitely stay there again
Might hire more valets for checkout. When we left on a Saturday morning it took the sole valet almost 30 minutes to get our car.

Great place to come back to and relax after exploring Savannah.
The staff was very nice. I loved the location of the hotel. Also, I appreciated the freshly baked cookies.
Room could have been a little cleaner.

Being dishonest about the parking and the expensive charge to park there while the nights that you stay, The extra ballon price of parking
The lobby furniture was very dirty The stains on the sofa I was shock , very uncomfortable sitting on the sofa in the lobby
