Superb

Great experience!!

Location was great for walking downtown to explore. The hotel was clean and modern and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Dissatisfied, we did not stay and would like a refund

I was ver disappointed with my stay. The only positive was that the staff was welcoming. The room was dirty and very small. Not as pictured online.

The room was very small, not as pictured online, very overpriced for the type of room we got. The sheets had stains on them when we pulled them back to check the carpets were not clean, the bathroom floor was not clean. We did not feel comfortable sleeping there so we left after the show we came to see in town.

Decent stay in a good location

The staff were really lovely, friendly and welcoming. Its a very good location, with a great coffee shop next door and lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Spa water in the lobby. Comfortable bed and quiet room.

The room could have been in better shape. There were some crumbs on the table when we got in, and the curtain was hanging off its hooks in a few places. The shower head needs replacing. The outside door sometimes didn't unlock with our key and we would have to buzz. There are no "do not disturb" tags for the rooms.
