We were in town to celebrate my aunts 89th birthday and the hotel (minus a few glitches) was very comfortable.

The location.

Everything had run out of the breakfast on Saturday and we had to eat at IHOP. We were told that bus full of middle schoolers came through unexpectedly. Also our toilet would not flush Friday evening. when my husband went to the front desk for help he was told that there wasnt anyone available to fix it. My husband asked for a plunger to unclog it himself. We were told our room charges would be reduced by $50 and that wed be credited for the breakfast not being available as well as being given additional Bonvoy points. I have not seen the too and breakfast credits. when can we expect to see them on our statement? Sincerely, Cheron Victoria Wicker

Great weekend visiting the Virginia Wineries!

The room was very nice. The breakfast was nice and convenient. This was a central location to some of the wineries that we were visiting over the weekend in the area.

Superb

The INCLUDED breakfast selection was better than your typical continental breakfast. Fairfield provided hot breakfast sandwiches, as well as various danish, breads, fruits and cereals. The dining staff were friendly and attentive.
