The FairBridge Hotel Atlantic City is impressing guests with its cleanliness and stylish decor. The king-sized bed, linen, and towels are squeaky clean, and the lobby is welcoming. The manager and st (Read More)aff are friendly and respectful. The breakfast is wholesome and offers a variety of options. The hotel provides a comfortable and convenient base for visitors. Some guests felt uncomfortable with the elevator, but overall, the stay was wonderful, with a great location near the beach and no other issues.

Misleading

The hotel is a good price and only 12 minutes from Tanger Atlantic City Outlet mall. Most hotels have check out at 12 and we werent told at checking in so when we asked for a late check out of 12 instead of 11, management said there would be a charge of $20. We left at 11:05 and was charged $15 but it was later removed. Got a confirmation of my special request for a baby cot but when we checked in, receptionist said he didnt have baby cot. Just annoyed at the misleading and sly information and dubious business practices

Had a problem with Check-In they were going to give me 2 rooms with 2 queen beds when I specifically rented a room with 3 queen beds we had 9 of us so that was not going to work. We went back down and finally got it resolved. Breakfast could have been better the eggs they had were

The guy hung up when I called to check if reservations were successful. Then I called back like 6x and no response. When we got there he was sitting right next to the phone and very impolite . All he said to me was "Can I have you card and ID. Not even a "hi or enjoy your stay ,info about breakfast NOTHING . not even a thank you when handed back the card. I wanted to leave wasnt very welcoming. Its an Indian older guy. We didnt even have breakfast n hurried out before checkout time. There are alot of Inns on the same stretch try them!!!

I didnt eat their breakfast

when I first arrived, my original room was dirty they had to switch my room, once in the other room that room was not so clean either, all night long someone above me kept running and jumping. I would not be booking there again.

Shower pressure, and it was fairly quiet

First and foremost, the 8.2 rating is horribly inaccurate. This location was not clean, I assume my room has mold in several places, the ceiling, the cracked window with water in it, and I'm certain the AC was infested with something no one should breath. The bathroom has ants. The blanket, towels and floor has stains. The TV remote has corroded batteries.
