Dirty room with used bed sheets and mould everywhere

I contacted the hotel two weeks in advance but nobody answered. When we arrived at the hotel they told us the booking got canceled but they can make a room ready for us. It only took 5 minutes - we know why, the bed sheets were already used, dirty and smelled badly. So they didnt changed them. The bathroom was dirty, the water tap didnt work and there is mould everywhere, also in the bedroom. Were lucky that we only had to stay there for a few ours until we were picked up to the airport.
