we have checked in at 8.30pm, checked out 10.30pm, we stayed only 2 hours because the bad room faclities, shower not working, towel not usable condition, AC not working. called staff but they are helpless, they don't know what to do

I booked the hotel rooms with breakfast, but the hotel straight away refused to accept that and said breakfast was excluded which was pretty annoying. cleanliness was very poor. We didn't get breakfast at all for all days we stayed there despite paying the full money. they are lairs they don't consider your request at all. take it very lightly. I request both rooms to be close but it was far from each other. The hotel description says the room amenities include tea and coffee maker but you know what they didn't provide the electric kettle as well. you can't control the AC from your room. they do it from reception. which is most disappointing thing. one night we spent in cold temperature and other morning they dint turn on the ac at all. I will never recommend this hotel.

Very good

Overall cost effective stay.

All promises made in booking are kept and served well. Have private parking available. Serves inhouse breakfast, though very limited options but sufficient to start your day well.

For housekeeping trollies they should have separate closed space with door. It was kept in open outside our room. Seems to be bit old property, they should change their bedding linen and towels as all are fade/ almost on the verge of tearing. should provide heating kettle with self tea coffee making options.

It is in the heart of city and centrally located. They have an attached restaurant and give a complementary breakfast

The Wi-Fi network was very slow . The electric points provided took many hours to charge even a phone. The weather being cold , the hot water was given in a flask without cover. The room has no fan. There was no place to accommodate the driver
