The Eurostars Monte Real is a great place to stay, but there is no English-speaking television and the lack of privacy in the rooms is a downside. However, the hotel is in a safe area, with the optio (Read More)n to walk to a food market at night. The location is about 15 to 20 minutes away from the city center. The breakfast buffet is complete, but the rooms are a bit outdated. The staff is friendly and the gym is sufficient for a business trip stay.

NEVER AGAIN !

Look, I booked a 12 night September stay and did not want to pre-pay. I got charged and Eurostar would not give me my money back. When I did stay for only 8 nights, I did not get a refund. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THESE DISHONEST, GREEDY PRICKS AGAIN !

Very good

A quiet and pleasant hotel in a residential area. Staff fulfilled all our needs.

All the staff we came into contact with were welcoming, friendly and ensured we enjoyed our stay. Excellent bus service to and from City Centre,

When staying for a week we found the menu in restaurant a little limited although food of good quality. Only found one other restaurant in the neighbourhood as an alternative

Good Hotel/dishonest chain.

Last night I had the worst hamburger ever at any restaurant in the world at the Monte Real. And they screwed me on the reservation. I wanted one I could cancel and something went wrong and it was a pre0pay and they screwed me.

We spent a comfortable night at the hotel.

I liked the clean rooms and the location ,Loraine was so welcoming and helpful, she even gave us a suite instead of a room

I just didnt like the pressure of the water in the bathroom ,the shower hose pressure is low to be honest

The professionalism, efficiency and friendliness of the staff. I especially want to highlight Miss Raquel in Reception and Mr Dimitry Maitre and head of the breakfast service.Their extraordinary kindness made our stay even more pleasant. The very big 218 room and bathroom were greatly appreciated.
