Great location. Friendly front desk.

Every front desk person I interacted with was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Location was great, this hotel was on a very cool street with many beautiful restaurants. On the same street as the famous Botin restaurant.

The bathroom shower head worked but the wand didn't. And water spills outside the door onto the floor. Can take more than few days to dry.

Very good

Very friendly and efficient staff and the hotel is perfectly suited to that part of Madrid.

Location was excellent for what we wanted to do during our stay. The room was a little small but, to be in that area, it more than made up for the slight lack of space.

We have no real comment to make; we didn't dislike anything.

Beautiful hotel right in the centre of Madrid. Two minutes away from Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean.

Shower leaks in the corridor. You have to be careful to keep the shower head facing the shower wall.

A cool choice in the centre of Madrid

The receptionist is amazing. She handles everything so well and has such a good spirit! Rest of the staff super friendly, too. The location is just a 10/10 - you are in the bustling centre of Madrid. The hotel is on the first floor of a building that houses a small restaurant on the ground floor. You can have a meal in the hotel restaurant, prices are affordable. The hotel is very nicely decorated. Free Clarins shower gel and ginger body lotion which I loved. Very good insulation against noise. Beds are very comfortable.

The room has windows that do not open, but there is a ventilation system (not a fan) that works properly. The breakfast was good, but the options could be increased. I only stayed one night, so maybe I was given a small room. I did not like the fact that there was no wardrobe to put my clothes in, or my luggage, but just a small hanger on the top of a table that contained the mini bar( fridge) which I do not think is reasonable for the price of the room.

Even with double glass and wooden blinds, because of location, it can be noisy. All hotels around are having more or less the same issue, its not a pitfall of this hotel.

If you are lucky to get a good room then it is a fantastic place to stay.

The neoghborhood is charming yet reasonably quiet, lots of restaurants and very close to the main attractions without being too touristic.

Upon arriving I was shown to a room which had no opening at all windows that were blind and looked onto a wall and was just dark and upleasant. After complaining I was switched to a room with a window. The description in the website is misleading, so rooms are separated into plain 'rooms' and 'rooms with a balcony' and nowhere is it mentioned that 'rooms' come with no windows at all. The price if you take into consideration that you are getting a claustrophobic room is too high. For a room with 'a balcony' the price is fair.
