The Eurostars Gran Via hotel in Granada has a great location near the Cathedral and shopping streets. The rooms are comfortable, with a big bed, minibar, and nice bath, but the TV is old and the bath (Read More)room layout is odd. The breakfast is good and the staff are pleasant and helpful. The hotel has a rooftop bar with great views. The service from the front staff is exceptional, with efficient and hospitable assistance. The inclusion of a steamer instead of an iron is a nice touch. The only suggestion is to have slightly colder AC temperature settings. Overall, it is a good choice for a central Granada stay at a reasonable price, although some feel it doesn't justify its 5-star rating.

Excellent stay

We loved the hotel and how clean it was. The staff was incredible and very accommodating. We needed a dentist appointment urgently and they went above and beyond to secure one for use even after our stay. 10 star service, location is very central walking distance to pretty much anywhere. Room was huge and we had a view of both Alhambra don the cathedral. Beautiful! Very happy with this hotel and highly recommend

Nice hotel, great location, but very noisy

Very friendly staff. Great location for sightseeing. Close to shops and restaurants

The hotel is on the main road in the city, therefore is very noisy outside. Difficult to get a good night's sleep as the sound-proofing of the windows is very ineffective.
